Recommend a Student

Thank you for taking the time to recommend a student for the StuyPrep program. We believe the input of teachers and administrators is extremely valuable. Please fill out the form below for each student you would like to recommend. If you have submitted a recommendation form for a student/students without being asked, please be sure to let the student and their family know that they must also complete a Student Application to be considered for the program.
